Can "normal" be an insult?

I guess the tone of voice would mater and who you are saying "you're normal!" to. Normal is a word that many people use as a substitute to average or like everyone else. If you're a unique person doesn't mean you're not like everyone else or "normal". Seriously what do people think these days? There are words that have changed meanings throughout the years and are now insults. Human beings are becoming meaner to their fellow creatures. What happened to our world? Some people struggle to be alive but some just fight over who's the best. There should be more important things on our mind. Whoever has little gives more then whoever has the most.
